I have now seen Smoking Popes twice in Champaign and it is safe to say they bring out the weirdest crowd. Maybe it wasn’t that the crowd was weird so much as being sandwiched by Headlights and The Hood Internet.

I came so close once, but I’m an idiot.
seeing braid was one of the best nights of my life. there are days when i will do nothing but watch killing a camera.
Being in Champaign a decade too late pains me on a daily basis. Though Bob Nanna has played here like 4 times in the last 4 years.
